GlobeTOM Holdings was established during 2006 as as an investment holdings entity for GlobeTOM ventures. GlobeTOM Holdings owns all the Intellectual Property Rights (Product Capital) of the business.

GlobeTOM Trading (Pty) Ltd (Since 2002)

Global Business Integration and Telecommunications Solutions (Pty) Ltd was established in July 2002 and traded as GlobeTOM with a registered trade name since inception. The company was since renamed to GlobeTOM Trading and retained the GlobeTOM trading name. GlobeTOM Trading executes on all contracts sourced by the company and is the only trading entity within the shareholding structure that has a Software Engineering focus. GlobeTOM Trading is a wholly owned subsidiary of GlobeTOM Holdings.

iWIN Mobile Solutions(Pty) Ltd

GlobeTOM Holdings owns 53% shareholding in iWIN Mobile Solutions with the remaining shareholding held by the founders of iWIN Mobile Solutions. iWIN is a Wireless Application Service Provider (WASP) that integrates with all the major South African GSM Network Providers (Vodacom, MTN and CellC) for premium and bulk SMS service delivery and with Vodacom and MTN for premium and bulk MMS Delivery. iWIN also has a sophisticated Competition Manager with automated competition winner identification according to the competition type. The enterprise mobile messaging integration focus of iWIN has been coined as iWIN MobiContent and focuses on the delivery of seamless mobile messaging integration for corporate customers. The iWIN technology is based on scale-out architectural principles as well as Service Oriented Architecture and the business is therefore ideally geared to scale up as the demand for Mobile Messaging continues to grow.
